  • Advice on key strategic matters, including merger due diligence successor fund transfers and regulatory change
  • Advice on customer and product strategies including accumulation, retirement income and insurance in super products
  • Advice on operations and operational risk including conducting in depth operational reviews
  • Oversight and/or management of rectification programs resulting from operational errors and issues
  • Advice on risk management framework development, CPS220 Comprehensive Reviews as well as advice and reviews on specific risk classes
  • Board performance reviews and reviews of superannuation fund governance arrangements
  • Advice and reporting to Trustees on the requirements of Prudential Standards and Regulatory Guides, including those relating to Operational Risk, Investment Governance, and fee disclosures
  • Advice and project management relating to regulatory change and prudential reviews
  • Actuarial valuation and certification required by the SIS legislation, and for tax purposes
  • Defined benefit liability valuations for employer accounts under AASB119 or overseas accounting standard
