PFS Consulting is delighted to welcome Bozenna Hinton as a new Principal.
PFS Consulting Managing Director, Adrian McGarva said regarding the appointment: “Bozenna brings enormous experience into PFS, in particular in the Life Insurance sector where she has worked most recently. As President-elect of the International Actuarial Association and a past-president of the Actuaries Institute, she is already very well known to many of our clients in the actuarial profession.
Her knowledge and thought leadership will allow us to further enhance the quality of our advice and to build upon our strong actuarial foundation.“
Bozenna is a commercial and market-focused actuary, with expertise in product development, underwriting, pricing, claims, retention, portfolio management and risk, particularly in the life insurance market.
She delivers results through analysing, monitoring and report on all aspects of the value chain. She works collaboratively with stakeholders to drive change and optimise results.
In addition to her hands-on work at major Australian life insurers, Bozenna will be the President of the International Actuarial Association in 2025. She was President of the Australian Actuaries Institute in 2010, Chair of the Life Insurance Committee (LIWMPC) from 2014 to 2016 and the Chair of the Education Committee in 2009.
She was awarded the Actuaries Institute Volunteer of the Year, Distinguished Service Award in 2020 and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
