Global speciality lines insurance group
PFS project managed the Australian insurance license application of a global specialty lines insurer. We combined our expertise across local regulatory requirements, insurance, risk management, capital, actuarial, audit and governance to help finalise their business plan, assess the internal business case and work through the APRA licensing process, including the development of required documentation.
Global catastrophe pool
PFS provided an independent external review of the reinsurance, risk management and governance issues for the board of a global catastrophe-exposed entity in a hardening reinsurance market.
