Global speciality lines insurance group

PFS have project managed the Australian insurance license application of a global specialty lines insurer. We combined our expertise across local regulatory requirements, insurance, risk management, capital, actuarial, audit and governance to help finalise their business plan, assess the internal business case and work through the APRA licensing process.

Integration of purchased life insurer

PFS have project managed the integration of a small Australian life insurer purchased by another APRA-licensed life insurer. Valuation of Long term incentives for an ASX10 client

PFS undertakes the valuation of a complex range of Long Term Incentive (LTI) benefits granted by the Company to its executives. In addition, PFS provides final and interim monitoring reports to the Remuneration Committee.
