Alice is a senior actuary and executive with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specialising in reinsurance, capital management, risk, pricing, and ESG strategy across financial services. She combines deep technical capability with commercial acumen to help insurers and financial institutions navigate complexity and change. She has designed risk-based capital frameworks that embed stress testing and risk appetite into planning processes, and has worked to restructure reinsurance programs, improving their capital efficiency. and allowing expansion into new market segments.

In climate and ESG, she has led climate change scenario analysis, co-authored disclosure statements under TCFD frameworks, and helped clients translate emerging sustainability obligations into actionable, board-level risk insights.

Alice is passionate about supporting purpose-driven organisations and helping bridge the gap between financial resilience and social impact. She aspires to become a pilot, with a dream of flying bushfire rescue missions to support communities in times of crisis.
