PFS Consulting is pleased to announce that it has appointed Madeleine Mattera in a newly created role as Head of Risk Advisory.

Madeleine has been a Principal with PFS since November 2022 and since that time has been instrumental in growing our Risk Advisory Practice. She has delivered a range of services to clients in Insurance, Banking and Superannuation, building on her track record as a financial services professional and senior partner in accounting firms, most recently as National Head of Financial Services for a major accounting firm.
Her expertise includes Internal Audit and Risk Management, including financial risk, non-financial risk, credit risk, operational risk, third/fourth party risk, and outsourcing risks. She has deep experience undertaking reviews of regulatory risks and providing risk solutions. Madeleine has acted as CRO for several APRA regulated institutions and has also worked within PFS to assist several clients to obtain APRA licences to enter the Australian market.
Madeleine is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Member.
